Purpose
Data provided through the forms is used solely to respond to the information or quote request made, and where applicable to manage the team's registration for the tournament.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, given expressly by ticking the acceptance box on the form.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the request and thereafter for the legally required periods.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or where necessary to provide the contracted service (accommodation, transport and tournament-related insurance).
